My 13-year old dog woke up stumbling and unable to walk without falling over while my family and I were staying at beach rental on Tybee Island. Case had good reviews and made a quick appointment for him. When we walked in and asked for a towel for him to sit on the receptionist immediately brought one out and then took us to an examine room where it was quiet and helped my dog calm down. Dr. Torres and her team of two were so kind, and good with my dog. They rolled out yoga mats to help him walk on the floor without sliding. They gave me the cost of each service before it was performed. And they allow you to check out in the exam room so you don’t have to stand with an anxious pet at the front desk. They were not rushed when I had a lot of questions. They had requested all of my dogs records from our home vet before we arrived. And they helped carry him to the car and load him in. Above and beyond and I am so grateful.
