A Few Tips for Dining Out With Your Dog
A little preparation makes the experience better for everyone — your dog, you, and the table next to you:
- Outdoor seating only. Health rules keep pets on patios and sidewalks, not indoors. Pick shaded seating in Savannah’s heat, and bring or ask for water.
- Keep your pup leashed and close to your table so servers and other guests can move safely.
- Go when it’s calm. A first restaurant visit goes more smoothly during off-peak hours than a packed Saturday brunch.
